Camera being snatched when turning and making me look past where I want, causes trouble aiming

Could you add an option in settings to play without action points kinda like how you allow people to either play real time or partially turn based, I understand that you want the game to play similar to how it was before but allowing a toggle for this feature would be amazing for those of us who want a combat that feels a bit more like the other 3D games.

I also think it would be nice to have a description for the majority of items that says what they are and what they do, I can't count the number of things I have picked up and had no clue what they were

Lastly I believe this is an amazing project, I love the idea of making Fallout 2 in a whole new engine separate from any other fallout game, but I think it would be good for you to allow volunteers to help out, this doesn't really have to be programming a new location in or anything but I think people could definitely help with things like working on the map a little and also a big help to giving NPCs dialogue options

The update worked for me but I will second the audio problems, they weren't fixed in the update

Works good here, while I'm here I'll ask: How far into the main quest can I get in this?

Will Fallout 1 ever see similar treatment?

Amazing game, could you please add official controller support to the game? Also are there any plans to bring this amazing game to steam?

(1 edit)

Ok, the game itself works fine, I don’t know whether or not it will change when steam is closed because I decided to play it on my steam deck and added it as a non-steam game, at first the game wouldn’t launch at all and would only add the steam game to my steam library but after a bit it just launched the steam game, it just says that it is running the game through steam and it will leave the steam game in my library for about another 2-3 days, also steam deck always has steam running so I may have to test it out on my windows laptop, proton may have also played a role because I had to use the windows version since the Linux version doesn’t seem to work and I instead just used the windows version with proton, either way so far the game seems great.

P.S. the game isn’t supposed to go full screen right? At the start it says use C to change screen but using C didn’t do anything for me, the game remains in a tall rectangle, a sort of [] shape

I notice you seem to be really active with responding to comments so I was wondering, would there be a way to get a steam key from an itch purchase? When running the game from the folder, Anodyne is added to my steam client but is labeled as “purchase” instead of “play”, why add it to my library if I can’t play it without another purchase? I already have it installed because whenever I launch the exe, steam launches the game while still being labeled as “purchase”

that defeats the whole purpose

its a 1 time payment though, im sure they have made over $100 though

Thanks! I didn't know that, could take a while since in the kickstarter for "the full ass game" it says 20 new weeks lol

We need this on steam, maybe if it was it could even have achievements for beating each week.

its possible to boot it up, for my school chromebook it worked first but second try was really laggy on songs, my friends are fine so ig it depends

well in the files theres a options texture

its NOT malware clearly says

hey you made it in the game kinda lol
